“Take it” faced a challenge: when its commercial force visited residential complexes to offer their refrigerators, customers couldn't clearly imagine what they would look like or how big they would be in their space. Thanks to a web application with augmented reality, we were able to provide them with the possibility of visualizing the refrigerators on a real scale and in their exact location. Now, the sales force uses this tool to significantly improve the customer experience and optimize the sales process.
